Public Grievance
Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)
CPGRAMS is an online web-enabled system developed by NIC in association with the Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). This web-based platform allows citizens to submit grievances anytime (24×7) from anywhere. These grievances are reviewed and resolved by the concerned Ministries, Departments, or Organizations in a timely and effective manner.
If you have any grievance against the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwDs), you may lodge it on the CPGRAMS Portal.

Grievances received by the department are forwarded to the relevant Public Grievance Officers (PGOs) or Grievance Redressal Officers (GROs) of the concerned unit, organization, or government body. These officers are responsible for resolving the grievance and sending a response directly to the petitioner or applicant.
