    Public Grievance

    Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web-enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24×7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organisations who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances.

    If you have any grievance against Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwDs) (D), you may lodge your grievance on the CPGRAMS Portal.

    1. This is a Government of India Portal, run by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), i.e. (DEPwDs)(D), aimed at providing the citizens, particularly the Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) with a platform for redressing their grievance/s.

    Anybody, particularly the Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), having any grievance, may lodge their grievance/s for redressal to :-

    Grievance Redressal Officer,

    Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan),

    Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment,

    5th Floor, Pt. Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan,

    CGO Complex, Lodhi Road,

    New Delhi-110003.

       Grievances received in the Department are assigned to the concerned Public Grievance Officers (PGOs)/ Grievance Redressal Officers (GROs) of the concerned Unit/s of this Department/Relevant Organisations etc./ concerned State Government/ Union Territory Administration/ Other Central/State Governments Ministries/Departments, Organisations etc. for redressal of the grievance/s and for directly sending a response to the petitioner/applicant by the concerned PGO/ GRO.
