Launch of PM-DAKSH-DEPwD digital portal for Skilling and Employment of PwDs (Divyangjan) by Hon’ble MoS Km. Pratima Bhaumik

Reflecting on the trends of skill training, the challenges of training partners and the demand for market relevant courses, the Department has developed a digital portal- PM DAKSH- DEPwD ( pmdaksh.depwd.gov.in )that shall act as a one-stop digital destination for PwDs, Training Partners and Employers/job aggregators of PwDs to be a part of the Naional Action Plan for Skill development of PwDs. The PM DAKSH- DEPwD portal shall provide end-to-end facilities for PwDs like Unique Disability Identity (UDID) based seamless registration, enrolling in skill training out of a list of 250+ courses, exploring ETPs in their state/District providing skill training, access to study materials, as well as detailed information on the trainers/ETPs. Further under the Divangjan Rozgar Setu of PM DAKSH DEPwD the Department has also signed MoU with various companies like Amazon, Youth4Jobs, among others that work for employment of PwDs and shall onboard on PM DAKSH-DEPwD by geo-tagging job vacancies for PwDs across India to facilitate employment-related information to PwDs. Register at pmdaksh.depwd.gov.in and be a part of PM DAKSH DEPwD
