Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
For XI & XII, Degree/Diploma and Post-Graduate Students
🎓 Who can apply?
- Students in Class 11 or 12.
- Students in Diploma, Degree or Post-Graduate courses.
- Indian nationals only.
- Students with a benchmark disability of 40% or more.
🪪 Must have
- UDID Card.
- Aadhaar Card.
- Family income up to Rs. 2.5 lakh per year.
- The student should not receive another scholarship or stipend.
💰 Money support
- Tuition/admission fee: up to Rs. 1.4 lakh.
- Other fee: up to Rs. 10,000.
- Disability allowance: Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 4,000 per year.
- Book allowance: Rs. 1,500 per year.
🏠 Monthly support
- Hosteller: Rs. 1,200 per month.
- Day scholar: Rs. 650 per month.
- Given for 12 months.
✅ Important rules
- Maximum 2 children with disabilities from the same parents can receive it.
- Scholarship is for one class or one academic year.
