- Objective — To support effective rehabilitation services and create an enabling environment for equal opportunities, social justice and empowerment of persons with disabilities.

- Implementation — Through eligible Voluntary Organizations (VOs)/ NGOs

Eligible DDRS Projects
- Cross-disability Pre-school and Early Intervention Project
- Cross-disability Therapy and Counselling Centre
- Special School for Children with Hearing Impairment Project
- Special School for Children with Visual Impairment Project
- Special School for Children with Other Disabilities Project
- Rehabilitation of Cured Leprosy Persons Project
- Halfway Home for Psychosocial Rehabilitation of Treated and Controlled Mentally Ill Persons Project
💰 Financial Assistance
- Nature of assistance — Grant-in-Aid as Viability Gap Funding
- Basis of assistance — As per Scheme Guidelines
- Supplementary resources — PIA may be required to mobilise supplementary resources as prescribed
📝 How to apply/
- Step 1 Register/maintain required credentials and documents.
- Step 2 Submit proposal through the e-Anudaan Portal.grants.depwd.gov.in
- Step 3 Complete project, beneficiary, manpower and infrastructure details.
- Step 4 Upload prescribed documents.
