Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996

These rules provide guidance for the evaluation and assessment of various disabilities and specify the authorities empowered to issue disability certificates.

The rules also lay down procedures for meetings of the Central Coordination Committee and Central Executive Committee, notification of vacancies to special employment exchanges, grievance redressal procedures by the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, salary and allowances of the Chief Commissioner and the method for submitting annual reports.

National Trust Rules, 2000

These rules provide provisions for the election of members of the Trust and the rights and duties of the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer.

They constitute the complete framework of the National Trust Rules, 2000.

National Trust Regulations, 2001

These regulations define the terms and conditions of service for Chief Executive Officers and other officers and staff of the Trust.

They also outline the format and procedure for applying for registration by NGOs and the appointment process for guardians and related entities.
